Fully integrated home with various interlaced systems throughout the residence. The Challenge that was presented for this project is to integrate various systems in a discrete manner, yet full functionality for daily use as a primary residence.
Control on a single application experience was one of many requirements on this project. Fully integrated Lighting, HVAC, Distributed Audio and Security systems were integrated with control system for ease of use.
Full network system with Wi-Fi throughout residence, including outdoor areas by Ruckus. Cellular back up modem for uninterrupted service.
Lutron Homeworks System integrated with bespoke Meljac keypads. Controls allow for dimming and adjusting shades from toggle switches.
Solar and blackout window treatments throughout the residence by Lutron.
Control and video distribution.
Audio system by Savant. Invisible speakers by Amina. Various combination of in-wall and in-ceiling speakers paired with discrete subwoofers. Outdoor audio in the Garden and outdoor areas.
